Designed for colder days, this weather-resistant gilet is made of durable 180-gram Durastretch softshell with added wool and elastane content, combined with lighter nylon panels for freedom of movement.
The best solution for cold hands and feet is often to heat up your core, this is why we place a layer of lightweight TirolWool® Responsive insulation around the torso in this vest. Responsive uses thermoreactive minerals to absorb infrared energy and release it back over time. The tailored hood offers additional protection against heat loss, and its smooth outer surface works well over your midlayers or under a shell. With two zipped outer pockets.
This product is a Salewa Committed style made according to strict environmental and social responsibility standards – in addition it has a PFC-free DWR (durable water-repellent) finish, and its Durastretch fabric is bluesign®-approved.
