Description
Made with alpine routes on mixed terrain and steep water ice in the Dolomites and all over the world in mind.
The Ortles TirolWool® Air insulation jacket blends Tyrolean wool with part-recycled polyester. Its hollow fibres trap and store air close to the body, for high lofting warm-when-wet performance at a lower weight. We place a layer of our proprietary weatherproof Powertex® fabric at the hood, shoulders, upper sleeves and cuffs for increased projection.
Featuring a helmet-compatible hood, a two-way front zip for access to a belay device, two internal mesh stash pockets, and cuffs with an inner thumb loop and Velcro regulation that cinches down over winter gloves.
