Speed Hiking is a way to express ourselves, to move freely: a practice that increases our well-being, in touch with nature, setting our personal goals and following our flow, alternating contemplative moments with energy and rhythm.
Every step leads to a new discovery, the sounds of the elements – as well as the music we choose to accompany us along the way – resonate with what we are: dreamers, hikers, escapists.
We choose who to be, we choose our speed. Our vibe.

SET THE TONE of your hike.

Three ways to move. Three ways to feel the trail.

Speed Hiking, as we see it, shifts with you. Sometimes it slows you down, pulls your gaze into the smallest details. Sometimes it finds your rhythm, steady and grounded. And sometimes it’s just momentum: fast, light, chasing that feeling of total freedom.

THE GLEAMER

The dreamer, looking for a connection with nature through contemplative low-frequency vibes, for an excursion in harmony with natural elements.

THE HIKER

The active, dynamic user who moves at a faster pace and adapts easily to the mountain’s different climates, who loves to discover nature through a quick and light approach, combining physical and mental well-being.

THE ESCAPIST

Someone who views nature as total freedom of movement and self-expression, who loves to move with speed, approaching off-road running with lightweight performance equipment, who trains to achieve their own goals in the mountains.
Each character corresponds to a precise frequency, beat, and piece of music created for the campaign by producer Godblesscomputers using organic grooves and field recordings, mixed with natural sounds: three tracks built on three different moods correspond to the three ways of living the speed hiking activity.
The essence of the SET THE TONE claim.
“I developed the music drawing inspiration from the rhythm and intensity of outdoor activity, starting with three movements. Each movement has a precise beat, and I imagined a specific BPM for each track. On the B-side, there are two unreleased instrumental pieces that I worked on while developing the ideas for this project. The rhythm is driving, yet echoes of the forest and nature remain present thanks to the use of field recordings captured on the Island of Elba in spring 2025 with the Salewa team. During that time, we also filmed a mini-documentary that tells the story behind the creation of these tracks”.
