DATE OF BIRTH: 03/11/2001

Climbing is a natural thing for Louis. He started climbing as a child: first on the side of the bed, then on the kitchen furniture, until his father was convinced that it was appropriate to bring him to practice this propensity on real rock. At the age of ten he put his nose in a gym for the first time, doing the first competitions. At the age of thirteen he started to get serious, training in a specific way. Since he has his driving license, he spends all his free time around: in the gym or at the crag, the important thing is that there is stuff to climb.

Activities practiced:
If it was not clear enough, Louis' passion is sport climbing, whether it's for the sake of it or competing. Moreover, in 2015, due to a finger injury, he discovered ice and mixed climbing, achieving respectable results: respectively W5 and M12.

Bolting (and freeing) new routes, maybe even multipitch. Ski touring in winter, running in summer.

Favourite Place:
The Pitztal, a side valley of the upper Inntal in Austria. A place to retreat and regenerate.

Favourite Book:
High: Genial unterwegs an Berg und Fels. David Lama's biography.

Biggest Fear:
To not come back home.

Louis always has many projects in mind. At the moment the main ones are a route to free in Götterwandl, a multipitch to finish bolting, and of course the training for the competitions.
