The Pedroc Alpine Wool Jacket offers just the right mix of insulation performance and breathability for speed hiking in autumn and winter, where intense physical activity is often followed by static periods and there is a risk of overcooling.

Climate control and moisture management
Our technical 127-gram, 4-way stretch Polarlite AlpineWool® wool blend grid fleece was developed in the Dolomites specifically to ensure good climate control for stop-and-go activities, like speed hiking. It combines lightweight, wicking insulation with breathability and moisture management to keep you dry and comfortable even when you’re pushing hard. This soft, hybrid wool fleece blends the natural advantages of mountain sheep wool with thermo-regulating synthetic yarns and works to keep you warm, even when wet. The polyester content also enhances the fabric’s drying time.

Features include a high neck zip to close and seal out cold draughts or open up for maximum venting, a zipped flat-bonded chest pocket and a stretch binding hem. The snug-fitting stretch cuffs have thumb holes for additional cover to keep your wrists and hands warmer during frosty, dawn starts or late-night finishes.
