Named after Monte Zebrù in the Ortler Alps and made in Italy, the Zebru is composed primarily of super-fine merino wool for optimal wicking warmth and next-to-skin comfort.
Alpine Merino Responsive
Its Alpine Merino Responsive fabric is designed to move moisture away from the skin and dry quick. As such, it’s the ideal choice for cold-weather use. We combine natural merino wool and synthetic polyamide fibres with Responsive yarns. Responsive is made from special thermoreactive minerals and recycles far-infrared radiation (FIR) to promote longer-lasting warmth. What’s more, Responsive is permanent and won’t wash out.
The Zebru Long Sleeve has a close, stretchy-fit cut, and its polyamide content makes it more hardwearing and helps it keep its shape without needing to add elastane. The special knitting process we use gives a seamless one-piece torso for greater comfort without itchiness or chafing. It makes the ideal kids’ long-sleeved merino winter baselayer.
