Simon first came to the Edelweiß Valley in 2014; the valley and its cliffs made such an impression that he has been coming back ever since. During each visit, despite his focus and the beautiful climbing on dreamlike rock he kept glancing at another rock face, a big south-east facing yellow wall that had never been climbed before. One with a huge roof that he always questioned if there was a way through it or over it. With his friend Andrea Oberbacher he has set out to find the weakness and finally make an ascent of this beautiful unclimbed wall.
