Returns

Attention: for all orders purchased from 1st until 22nd of August  please contact directly our customer care at customercare@salewa.com to activate your return procedure (the return form above works just for the orders purchased starting from the 23rd of august). Thank you for your understanding.

 

We would like to inform you that the return is free of charge by using and following the procedure of UPS courier.

Our return policy in few easy steps

 

1.      WHEN CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT

You can send any unworn item back to us if you respect the following conditions:

  • You need to activate within 30 days from the date of delivery the return request (ww.salewa.com/returns). After that date, we will no longer accept your request.
  • Post the parcel within 30 days from the activation of the return request.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received with all tags and labels still attached and in the original packaging.
  • Purchased product cannot be changed. If you wish to change your product, you will have to return it and make a new online order. We will credit the money of the first order as soon as possible.

 

2.      HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT

  • Go to the “Returns” section of the website  www.salewa.com/returns and follow the instructions provided there. Attention: please enter the email you have used to place your order.
  • If you have activated your return correctly,  you will receive a confirmation email with the link to  UPS
  • Print the return label and add it to the parcel
  • Post the parcel within 30 days from the online form filling
  • Once the returned product has reached our warehouse, it will not be sent back to you again.

 

3.       ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING

All returned products will be checked by Salewa’s staff:

  • You will not receive an email when your return reaches our warehouse
  • You receive an email as soon as the amount due will be credited to the same account used for the purchase.
  • Should there be problems with the returned product, you will be contacted by our Consumer Care for further clarifications.

 

4 .         To return a product under warranty, please contact Customer Service on warranty@salewa.com . We will assist you throughout the process.
