Your role is to develop International Trade Marketing both in terms of strategy and implementation. You will analyse our client structure, develop promotional concepts for the different levels (POS and POP), define the relevant promotions and activities and coordinate and supervise implementation through the national marketing managers in our markets in line with our international guidelines.

We are looking for an ambitious mountaineer with good qualifications and at least three years’ experience in trade marketing and sales. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work in a team and enjoy working independently on projects in a well-structured and goal-oriented way.

The role involves a certain amount of travel. Very good English is an essential requirement and knowledge of Italian would be an advantage. The role is based in our international head office in Bolzano/Bozen, South Tyrol (Italy).

Senior Designer


Position:

The Senior Designer for the Apparel must have a passion for the design and creation of technical sportswear.

The candidate should be an expert on the characteristics and properties of technical materials and have the ability to identify the best solutions up to the minimal details. The candidate should also have experience in styling and fitting, to ensure maximum functionality and comfort of the garments, to guarantee a continuity in the design and the positioning of the Company at the top of the market with regard to creativity and innovation.

Qualifications:

University degree or diploma from a design and/or Art Institute and professional experience of at least 5-8 years in a similar position (Designer) in the sport and technical clothing sector (Mountaineering, Outdoor, Skiing, Motorcycling, Nautical sector). Capacity to follow the entire creative process: analysis and market research, innovation, visits to sport and fashion tradeshows, preparation and presentation of new creative concepts, and ultimately the conception of the collection, including the design of all the styles and the presentation to the Company.

The ideal candidate should also have a clear understanding of production and procurement processes, as well as awareness of the company development timing, have organisational skills and ability to work in a team. Good knowledge of English and IT systems are required.
