V-SHAPED CHAMBERS

V-shaped chambers are best at limiting down slippage for a given size of chamber and thus provide the best possible warmth / weight performance.

To cope with severe cold, an expedition sleeping bag must be designed so that you can get in even when fully dressed; there should be ample room for clothing and boots yet it should also be comfortable.
