Store the helmet away from light, in a cool and well-ventilated place. 2 UV rays (sunlight) or high temperatures (3 if the helmet is left in the car in summer, for example) can have an adverse effect on the product and, consequently, on its protective capacity as well. 3 A backpack, bag or other appropriate container is recommended for transportation. In normal usage (without the impact of rockslides, falls etc.), it is recommended that the helmet be changed every three years.
