Question:
Where can I buy a certain SALEWA product, do you sell on-line?

Answer:
Please turn to an Authorized SALEWA Dealer. Please look up the Dealer Search  The dealer will contact us to order an item of your choice.  We don’t offer on-line sales at this point.


Question:
My SALEWA product is broken and I need a spare part or repair. What should I do?

Answer:
Please turn to the store where you bought the product.  The dealer will check the issue and get in touch with SALEWA.  We may offer a repair where possible, and charge the cost for it.  Please note that for various older products we may not have parts.  SALEWA can only accept clean product to protect workers.


Question:
I have a claim with a defect or faulty product.  What should I do?

Answer:
Please refer to the store where you bought the product.  Please include a receipt with your claim.  SALEWA can only accept clean product to protect workers. SALEWA warrants the quality of its products for materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase to the first owner. During that period we may repair or replace the product, and return it to the Authorized Dealer.
